The Challenge

Where are the opportunities to improve our infotainment experience ahead of our new product launch?

Approach

We worked with Daimler and its partners to design a benchmark for a best-in-class infotainment experience. The scorecard included 180+ metrics ranging from system performance and content to accessibility and brand. We then ran the simulation model against the benchmark to uncover new opportunities to improve the user experience.

Outcome

Launch of the new, improved system at the 2018 Paris Motor Show to rave reviews. An ongoing programme to continue to improve the experience across the vehicle for new use cases and other connected applications.
