The founders approached Active Matter to help them to execute their vision for a fully integrated and digitally enabled customer experience.
Our approach
We got immersed in the business, ran stakeholder interviews and spoke to customers in their flagship store/gym in the heart of the City of London.
The challenge emerged - how might we take this physical and experiential retail experience that the member community knows and loves, and bring it to a global audience?
Over the course of 4-weeks, we worked with the founding team and the community to re-imagine WIT's digital customer experience – in gym and online.
We created a clear vision, combined all of the customer and stakeholder inputs into a prioritised set of capabilities, rapidly prototyped and tested a new digital product, and created a story of the future of WIT experience in the eyes of their core global consumers.
The outcome
A visionary proof of concept, a business case with increased revenue opportunities and a new, validated business model to drive scale and reach. The work prompted a 7-figure investment into the WIT brand.
